Who handles your data

What is collected, and why

Only what you type into the contact form: name, company, email address, telephone, type of enquiry and message. The name, the email address and the message are required; the company, the telephone and the type of enquiry are optional.

This information serves one purpose: replying to you and discussing your request. It is never sold, never used for prospecting, and never added to a mailing list.

The legal basis is your own approach: you write in order to get an answer, and the data you send is necessary for that answer.

Who receives it

Your message is turned into an email and sent to the publisher's professional address. Three technical providers are involved, and no others:

Vercel Inc. hosts the site and keeps technical request logs (IP address, page requested), for the security and the operation of the service.

Resend delivers the email. Sending is configured on its European infrastructure (Ireland).

Vercel Analytics counts page views and referrers, without cookies and without any persistent identifier: the measurement does not follow anyone from one visit to the next and cannot recognise you.

For how long

Messages received are kept in the publisher's mailbox for the time of the exchange, then for at most three years from the last contact, the usual duration of a business relationship. You may ask for them to be deleted before that term.

Cookies

This site sets no cookie and uses no advertising tracker and no embedded social network. The audience measurement described above works without cookies and without a persistent identifier. That is why you are never asked for a banner.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, the restriction of its processing, or object to that processing. Simply write to the address above; you will have an answer within a month.

If that answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.

Updates

This policy describes the site as it works today. If another service were added, it would be amended before that service went live.
